Job Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media initiatives that align with our company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content—such as graphics, videos, and written posts—that resonates with our audience and drives interaction.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to refine content strategy and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and measure ROI on paid campaigns.
- Develop and lead social media training sessions for staff to promote best practices across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging messages.
